HJSplit is software to join files with the following extensions *.001, *.002, ... or .__a, .__b, ...
No installation needed. After download, you can use it:
(#1) Click "Joining" Tab.
(#2) Click Open File:
(#3) Select the file to join and click "Open".
Note: All files needed for joining have to be in the same folder.
(#4) Click Join.
(#5) Wait for joining...
(#6) When completed, the final file is in the same folder without the extension 001 or __a
